After the introduction of activated carbon treatment

Activated carbon to the complex: when activated increase over a catalyst such as zinc chloride, phosphoric acid, potassium acid commonly used activated carbon was washed with water or treated to reduce the content of the various compounds.

Low ash activated carbon with water, washed with hydrochloric acid or nitric acid to remove some impurities. For fine chemicals, drugs, catalysts, catalyst supports active carbon, require special thoroughly washed.

 Dipping

Impregnated activated carbon is directed to a particular purpose post-processing.

 (1) for protective gas activated carbon impregnated with copper and chromium salts.

Activated carbon (2) for nitrogen removal to zinc dipping.

 (3) from oxygen-containing gas is used to hydrogen sulfide, mercury vapor from the exhaust gas to the activated carbon iodine compound.

 (4) for the extraction of radioactive methyl iodide occurrence of nuclear installations and other gases are also activated carbon iodine compound.

 (5) for the oxidation of hydrogen sulfide and non-toxic formaldehyde activated carbon impregnated with manganese dioxide. High temperature oxidation of formaldehyde to formic acid is not, directly produce carbon dioxide.

 (6) for removing the gas mixture from a low-oxygen compound of bivalent iron salt impregnated activated carbon, reheating into trivalent iron.

 (7) for eliminating from natural gas, hydrogen and other gases as elemental mercury vapor activated carbon sulfur treatment.

Activated carbon (8) used in water purification to silver impregnation.

Activated carbon (9) for a variety of purposes in the catalyst noble metal compound is impregnated. Such as palladium activated carbon coating is a typical hydrogenation catalysts.

Activated carbon (10) for oxidizing mineral oil mercaptan to cobalt phthalocyanine impregnated.
