Recently, some criminals defrauded buyers and sellers through emails and many other different ways. One of the various means of frauding is that the criminals forge e-mails of suppliers to be in contact with overseas purchasers in counterfeit identities of the suppliers.

    Some overseas buyers who have business relationship with China have been cheated and suffered economic losses. Our company also encountered one time of the same situation: the criminals (in the name of our company and sales by using similar counterfeit e-mail address of our sales man) informed the buryer our company have changed beneficiary and bank account information, which lead to the buyer send the remittance to other account.

Considering the above serious issue, we hereby make the following statement:

     If the company name or account information changed, we shall notify the buyer in the following three forms at the same time:

1) Fax: the fax includes the notification regarding the change of company name and account information with the official seal and signature of the legal representative of our company, which is sent via the fax 0086-22-28546075. The notification is invalid if without the official seal and signature of the legal representative or if the notification is not sent via the fax number from our company.

2) E-mail: the e-mail includes the notification regarding the change of company name and account information with the official seal and signature of the legal representative of our company, which is sent via both emails of the legal representative and the salesman. The email address of the legal representative is panweihong@tjtywh.com.cn. The notification is invalid if without the official seal and signature of the legal representative or if the notification is not sent via the E-mail address of the legal representative.

3) Telephone: Sales Department of our company shall make a telephone call to the buyers to inform the change of company name or account information and confirm the notification mentioned in 1) and 2) above.

    We hereby solemnly inform the buyer: any notification excluding any above-mentioned form of e-mail, telephone and fax is invalid. Since we have repeatedly inform the buyers, if he buyer arbitrarily sends the remittance to other account without receiving the confirmation notification refer to benefiary name and bank account information in the above three forms at the same time, all the losses caused by such situation are not borne by our company, and we reserve the right of asking for payment from buyers.

    After receiving the notification sent by our company, if the buyers need to further confirm with our company, have to make sure call our office No.  0086-22-28546072 and 0086-22-28546073 Ext. 806. Any other telephone number for confirmation is invalid.
